Terms and conditions

Pets are allowed only upon request and prior reservation. Please just note that they do not have access to the dining room as well as the wellness facilities. For their stay we charge 15.00,-€ per day without food.

All of our rooms are non-smoking.

On arrival day your room will be at your disposal from 2:00 pm, while on departure day we kindly ask you to leave the room within 10:00 am.

Almost every room dispose of an wireless-lan internet access.

Cancellation policy: If you can't attent your booked holiday please tell notice us as soon as possible. Within three weeks before your planned arrival we will try to find a solution without charge any extra cost. Nevertheless, if it's not possible to rent the room to someone else, we have to keep the payed deposit.
For early departure or prior arrival we will charge the remaining days booked.

Children's prices: Children up to 3 years sharing parents' room free - Children from 4 up to 6 years get 50% discount and from 7 to 12 years they get 20% discount in their parents' room.

Extra bed for adults: 10% discount.

The prices are meant per person/day with half board treatment and include rich breakfast and salad buffet. Prices also refer to a minimum stay of 4 days (all taxes incl.)

Children are our special guests (high chair and childrens' bed upon request)

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 300€/per room.

During winter months pleas use the parking area located at "Gasthof Ritsch" (covered garage upon request).
In this time the restaurant will be open just for lunch from 11.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Our wellness-facilities include 3 saunas, one whirlpool, a solarium as well as a relax-room with heated waterbeds.

Bed and breakfast: 8.00,- € discount

Our hotel also dispose of:
TV lounge, non-smokers dining room, ski depot with shoe-heater, sledges, in winter you can use the private car park (or garage at request) of Hotel Ritsch. Half board price includes the use of the wellness-facilities!
