HOLIDAYS ON THE NATURE RESERVE OF ALPE DI SIUSI
Our Goldknopf alpine lifestyle hotel is located directly in the nature park on the traffic-calmed Alpe di Siusi alpine pasture.

Our hotel guests receive a special driving permit for arrival and departure, which we will gladly send you in the mail.
For this, we need your first and last name, car model, number plate, and your arrival and departure date.
Please print out the driving permit and place it clearly visible on the dashboard behind the windscreen of your vehicle.

In winter, you may only park at the Hotel Ritsch (garage parking available on request and for a fee). We will pick you up there.
A spectacular ride with the snowcat awaits you!
The shuttle service for arrival and departure is free of charge.
Please note that there are fixed pick-up times on Saturdays: At 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. as well as 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.
Arrival is possible until 9:00 p.m., and even later on request.

In summer, you may park free of charge at the Spitzbühl car park outside the hotel.
Because we all enjoy a traffic-calmed Alpe di Siusi, there are no other parking facilities anywhere on Alpe di Siusi.
There are no time restrictions for arrival and departure.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. – we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Your reservation is binding only after our confirmation and the receipt of your credit card details

(name, number, expiration date and CVC-code) or a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

We are happy to accept cash, EC or ATM cards, and credit cards (excluding AMEX, Business Card, Diners and Miles & more).
If you pay cash, you will receive a 2% discount – please inform us on the day of arrival or when booking.

The little guests enjoy:

We do not allow dogs in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

EARLY BOOKING BONUS
You will receive a 8% discount on the half-board price if you confirm your holiday 12 months before your arrival date with a 30% deposit.

ROOM NUMBER
Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to give you a binding confirmation of the floor, location, and room number within a specific category.
However, we will do our best to fulfil your wishes.

CANCELLATION
We look forward to welcoming you and will make a binding reservation for your room. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that in case of cancellation we will not refund the deposit and charge cancellation fees.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 21 days before the day of arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed total price
Up to 10 days before the day of arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed total price
In case of later cancellation, we charge 100% of the agreed total price

In case of late arrival or early departure, the corresponding days will also be charged at 100% of the daily rate.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To protect you from incurring unpleasant costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
